Finally.

A course with information you can USE.

Workplaces everywhere are talking about mental health these days, and that’s a good thing. But how do we go from KNOWING we need to support workplace mental health to actually DOING it? Sure, it all sounds great while we’re just talking about it. But when it’s Real, and it’s in front of you – when the rubber hits the road – how confident are you that you have the tools you need to take action? When it comes to workplace mental health, do you know what signs to look out for? If you suspect something’s up, do you know what to say, and how to say it? Or, do you hesitate – maybe because you’re not sure it’s any of your business, or you don’t want to pry, or you don’t feel equipped to get involved, or you’re afraid you might make things worse? I have good news for you: You’re not alone. And I'm here to help. Come join me, and learn HOW (really!) to improve awareness and support for mental health at your workplace today.

Welcome.

I'm so glad you're here.

My name is Tara. Drawing on my 25 years of combined experience in training, mental health, and supporting disability-inclusive and accessible workplaces, I created this course to help people leaders, human resource professionals, and small business owners -- just like you -- to learn What to look for, What to say, and What to do to improve mental health in their workplaces. I hope you'll come join me today -- there's no time to waste.

This is not a "Press Play then Walk Away" thing.

This is not just a recorded webinar -- it's a real course. In my extensive experience as an adult educator, I've learned that sitting back and passively watching a screen has its place, but it rarely -- if ever -- leads to action. And you don't just want to KNOW more, you want to DO more.

It's time.

Workplace mental health can't wait.
